QA Manager

2020-2022

Former QA Manager inside Globant's Gaming Studio. I was a Contractor for WB Games. My entire team was of 300+ QAs divided in 3 teams, and B4B was one of them.

The team grew from 10 to 110+ until release, on when the ramp down happened, returning to 45+.

My tasking included being involved in Staffing and interviews, training other interviewers and helping to identify talent. Sharing Game quality knowledge with Workshops, Guides or how-tos. Training and helping Leaders in Game QA. I created the Career Path during this time so I was able to help with Career Objectives, which I standardized. I also helped with the Hardware/ Software management and knowledge transfer. I was a nexus between the client and the leaders, looking into unifying quality criteria and reflected everything in Reports/Metrics.
