Served as a QA Lead on the complete UFC 4 development cycle, with varying levels of scope, ownership and team sizes (1 to 6). Gave focus to unify the technical knowledge of quality teams by improving programming tactics, tech tests and software usage. I also had the chance to design testing tools, own features from a quality perspective and improve workflows with other areas.
I performed grey box testing. Then switched to a more hybrid role and checked BE services, code implementations, dev tools. I applied my knowledge on development to testing strategies for all of my teams. Created an autonomous team of testers capable of mastering time and risks management, white box testing and a critical attention to detail.
Common tasking included owning Game Modes and Features from a quality perspective (Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Quality ratings, Development Tasks testing and Reporting) , Test environment management, creating documentation (How tos - tutorials - overall guides - testing with tools) , Designing testing tools, Helping with the Career path of every member of my team, Writing testing Strategies, and many more.
